Don’t believe me?  This Monday's Man Crush will prove it in spades.  When he’s not executive producing and starring in his own TV show, Ballers, filming or promoting his latest summer blockbusters like the Baywatch re-boot or Central Intelligence with Kevin Hart, or kicking ass in the WWE ring, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson still manages to be totally crushable.  

His Instagram account is a showcase for his dynamic personality, dangerously chiseled muscles, and dedication to his fans.  Despite an insane work schedule, the charismatic Johnson always takes time to give back to others through his charity organization or uses his celebrity to bring joy to the hearts of children.  This Instagram snap details a recent visit to a children’s hospital. 

Joi wasn't feeling very well when I surprised her at the Pediatric Specialty Ward. Managed to get a slight smile out of her (□□) and had a good chat with her father. Hope you guys get to go back home to New Jersey very soon. Stay strong honey ~ DJ
